Return Policy

Beyond Plumbing Supplies are happy to take full responsibility for any returning items in the case of items being sent out incorrectly and/or faulty. In this case Beyond Plumbing Supplies will arrange freight for collection and incur any costs involved in the correct item being sent and the return of the item.

Beyond Plumbing Supplies reserves the right to deny return of any non stocked items ordered in. If Beyond Plumbing Supplies are able to accept the return of any non stocked item the customer will be liable for any freight and restocking fees incurred.

Beyond Plumbing Supplies reserves the right to deny any returns of items purchased 6 months prior to the time of return.

In regards to a change of mind of stocked items, we will issue a full refund once items have been returned at the cost of the purchaser. Items must be in a saleable condition on return.

All items returned must be in a saleable condition and arrive back in their original packaging.
