Please read all listed Terms & Conditions below before purchasing with Beyond Plumbing Supplies. By purchasing through Beyond Plumbing Supplies you are acknowledging you have read & understood all T&Cs. If you don't agree with T&Cs set by Beyond Plumbing Supplies please refrain from purchasing.

Registration

Registration is imperative to access pricing with Beyond Plumbing Supplies. Once registration has been completed by the consumer, Beyond Plumbing Supplies will approve/deny the registration based off information provided.

Payment

Our customers have two options when checking out of store:

• Option 1 – Credit Card: We accept Visa, MC & AMEX with no fees.
• Option 2 – On Account (ABN Holders): All invoices are dated 30 day end of month.

Pricing

All prices displayed are EXCLUSIVE of GST in AUD. Prices can be amended at any stage by Beyond Plumbing Supplies. If the purchaser has any pricing discrepancies that need addressing, please feel free to contact us at info@beyondplumbingsupplies.com

Shipping

Deliveries are free of charge if the minimum of $200 exc GST has been reached, this excludes orders that include bulk items. Any order that falls below our $200 exc GST minimum will incur an automatic $20 exclusive GST delivery fee. Shipping fees will apply to bulk items such as hot water units or lengths of pipe

Our aim is to provide quick turnaround to all our customers around Australia. Below are our estimated lead times. Please note these delivery times can vary and are based on business days:

• VIC, NSW, SA & ACT – 1–2 days
• QLD & TAS – 2–4 days
• NT & WA – 3–6 days

Cancellation

Regarding cancellations, please advise Beyond Plumbing Supplies as soon as possible. Once items have dispatched from Beyond Plumbing Supplies the responsibility will then be on the purchaser to return the items at their cost. Once items have arrived back to Beyond Plumbing Supplies in a saleable condition they will be credited back at our nearest convenience.

• The $72 off first order promotion is only valid on orders with a minimum spend of $200 (excluding GST). Orders that do not meet this minimum spend threshold are not eligible for this discount.
• Free shipping is only available on orders with a minimum spend of $200 (excluding GST). Orders below this threshold will incur an automatic $20 (excluding GST) delivery fee.
• Promotions cannot be combined with any other offer unless stated otherwise.
• Beyond Plumbing Supplies reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice.

Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. The Promotion

1.1 This is a game of chance trade promotion (“Promotion”) conducted by Beyond Plumbing Supplies of Unit 1/14 Tasman Court, Keysborough VIC 3173 (“Promoter”).

1.2 By entering the Promotion, an entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Promotional Period

2.1 The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEST on Sunday 13 September 2026 and closes at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday 23 September 2026 (“Promotional Period”). Qualifying Purchases made outside the Promotional Period will not be eligible for entry.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who make a Qualifying Purchase (as defined in clause 4) during the Promotional Period.

3.2 Directors, management and employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and any agency or business directly associated with the administration of this Promotion, are not eligible to enter.

3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of age and/or proof of a Qualifying Purchase at any time, and to disqualify any entrant who cannot provide this to the Promoter's reasonable satisfaction.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, an eligible person must spend a minimum of $200.00 (plus GST) with Beyond Plumbing Supplies, in one or more transactions, during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).

4.2 Every $200.00 (plus GST) spent by an entrant during the Promotional Period equates to one (1) entry into the draw. Entries are calculated cumulatively across transactions where applicable, and there is no limit on the number of entries an eligible entrant may accrue.

4.3 Qualifying Purchases must be made directly through Beyond Plumbing Supplies (in-store, by phone, or via beyondplumbingsupplies.com). Purchases that are later returned, refunded, cancelled or otherwise reversed will not count as a Qualifying Purchase, and any entries generated by that purchase will be void.

4.4 No entry fee applies beyond the cost of the Qualifying Purchase itself. Incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or duplicate entries, and entries made by any means other than as set out in these Terms and Conditions, may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's sole discretion.

4.5 Entry is deemed to be made by the account holder or person named on the relevant purchase record. Where a purchase is made on behalf of a company or other entity, the individual authorised to accept the Prize on that entity's behalf must be nominated at the time of claiming.

5. The Prize

5.1 There is one (1) prize available to be won: one (1) General Admission ticket to the 2026 AFL Grand Final (“Prize”), with an approximate total value of $[insert RRP] (inclusive of GST).

5.2 The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part, and cannot be won in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.

5.3 If the Prize (or any part of it) is unavailable for reasons outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable regulatory approval.

5.4 The winner is responsible for all costs associated with attending and taking up the Prize that are not expressly stated as included, including but not limited to transport to and from the venue, meals, and incidental expenses.

5.5 This Promotion, and the Prize, is in no way sponsored, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Australian Football League (AFL), the AFL Grand Final host venue, or any related entity. All names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Draw and Winner Notification

6.1 The draw will take place at 1:00pm AEST on Wednesday 23 September 2026 at Unit 1/14 Tasman Court, Keysborough VIC 3173.

6.2 The winner will be selected at random by electronic means from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. The Promoter's decision in connection with the Promotion, including as to a winning entrant's eligibility, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6.3 The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email, using the contact details provided at the time of the Qualifying Purchase, within two (2) business days of the draw.

6.4 Where required by applicable state or territory law, the winner's name and/or suburb may be published on the Promoter's website and/or social media channels within 28 days of the draw.

6.5 If a winner has not been able to be contacted, or does not respond to claim the Prize, within seven (7) days of the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries, at a date, time and location to be confirmed, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.

7. Personal Information

7.1 The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purposes of conducting this Promotion, including verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, and delivering the Prize.

7.2 Personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available at beyondplumbingsupplies.com) and the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Entrants may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting the Promoter.

7.3 By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information as described in these Terms and Conditions and, where a winner, to the publication of their name and/or suburb as set out in clause 6.4.

8. General Conditions

8.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or engages in fraudulent or unlawful conduct in connection with the Promotion.

8.2 The Promoter reserves the right, subject to any written directions of a relevant state or territory regulator, to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion if it is not able to proceed as planned for reasons outside its reasonable control.

8.3 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, loss or damage of any kind, whether direct or indirect, suffered by any person in connection with this Promotion or the Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

8.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions restricts, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred on an entrant under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8.5 Any taxation liability arising from the Prize is the sole responsibility of the winner. Entrants should seek their own independent advice if required.

8.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

9. Permits

9.1 Having regard to the value of the Prize, the Promoter has determined that this Promotion is not required to be registered, and does not require a permit or authority, in any Australian state or territory as at the date these Terms and Conditions were prepared, including New South Wales (threshold: total prize pool over $10,000), South Australia (threshold: over $5,000), the Australian Capital Territory (threshold: over $3,000), or the Northern Territory (threshold: $5,001 or more).

9.2 This assessment should be reconfirmed against current regulator thresholds prior to launch, and revisited if the Prize value changes, additional prizes are added, or the Promotion is extended.
